Service level A1 - Absolute will search our online inventory for material ordered and supply any items in stock. The prices are generally plus or minus 20% of current publisher rates. Your material will leave our warehouse within one to two week of placing your order. You may order direct by viewing our online inventory. Remember, if you contribute your current duplicates to our East Coast Exchange, all single issues in stock are $10.00 per bibliographic number and all complete volumes are less 20%. Our members can save hundreds of dollars off current prices.

Service level A2 - Once we fulfill what is available through our inventory, Absolute then supplies your required material through our vendor network which consists of over 25 dealers world-wide. Orders placed with our valued suppliers are received, inspected and shipped from our warehouse. Order fulfillment takes between 2-4 weeks.

Service level A3 - The remaining orders, which are fulfilled from publishers throughout the world, may take several weeks to supply. Absolute has established excellent working relationships with hundreds of publishers and distributors to ensure your material is received quickly and accurately. We prepay publisher orders on your behalf and then consistently follow-up on the status until all volumes/issues are accounted for.

You may utilize any or all levels of our service depending on your needs. Our goal is to locate and acquire the material you need. If it's out there, we will find it!
